The practice is situated near the Royal Victoria shopping mall where there is ample parking. Lime Hill Road is directly opposite the clock tower entrance to Royal Victoria Place, at the junction of Mount Pleasant and Grosvenor Road. To find us proceed up Lime Hill Road from this junction and the practice is on the left.

Appointments and Emergencies
You can make an appointment by telephone or you can call in to make arrangements. You will find our regular appointment times on this website.
We always try to see patients at the appointed time. However unavoidable delays sometimes occur. If you need to be seen urgently, telephone the surgery for advice. If treatment is essential, we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours. Please give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel an appointment. Once your treatment is complete, we encourage you to come back to the practice at regular intervals to see that everything is going well.
Your next visit can be arranged before you leave the surgery.
In an Emergency
Whenever possible, please contact us about emergencies during normal surgery hours. If you need to be seen the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as possible. If treatment is necessary, we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours.

Denplan patients please phone 01892 525541 outside of surgery hours and leave a message including you phone number. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Your Denplan insurance covers the cost of this service.
